Our health is a very strange thing- while it's ok, we spit on it, eating food from the
restourants of fast service, such as Mac-Donalds or not eating at all, sitting on a cold rocks,
sleeping for a less than 8 hours while we are students, sitting near the computer all day
and night long, continue go to work when catching a cold and e.t.c.
However, when the problems begin we desperately start to visit doctors, accusing
everybody of our diceases, but ourselves.
But you do not have to be the tibetan monk, or live in the highest mountains to celebrate
your 90'th birthday. The secret of longevity is in simple following the rules of healthy
food, physical and mental exercices, which were written a long time ago by our ancestors.
And in order for you, our dear visitor, not to search libraries or Internet for the
health protecting advices and recomendations, we created this site, by gathering

so in a twenty or thirty years after, you could remember this day, when you first

"Who cares! I don't plan to live until 40". Oh yes you do! Soon you will make a family,
